Communicating to build sales relationships
Dr. Keri Stephens teaches a course on Communicating to Build Sales Relationships and her students are well prepared to land nice jobs. In this course, students learn all about the business-to-business (BtB) sales process. The course carries an ethics flag, meaning that we cover many topics that encourage students to think about ethical behaviors.
One of the biggest challenges students face when interviewing for a sales positions is understanding the complex salary/commission structure that translates into how much money they will actually make.
