Creative Communication noticed by Keri
I’m always on the lookout for clever ideas, and there is something about customer service that seems to ignite creativity. I found these post-it notes on a bulletin board in a climbing gym in Texas and they caught my eye. I think this is a great, low cost communication tool that many offices could use! This is a visable way to acknowledge a complaint and show members what is being done to resolve (or not resolve) the problem.
I was recently in Chicago at a university when I saw this creative communication message posted in a health and wellness center. I couldn’t resist capturing the ideas because it communicates so much in a simple, paper-based format. Who doesn’t need a compliment, a little social support, and what better way than self serve.
